What we collect

This website does not use cookies or tracking scripts. We only receive the information you choose to send us by email or through our contact form (such as your name, business name, email, website address and message). The contact form sends your message to our mailbox; we only use it if you tick the consent box.

To know how many people visit our pages, our server counts anonymous page views. This count does not use cookies and is not used to identify you.

Business contact information

We sometimes send a single, individual email to a business at the business email address it publishes on its own website, to offer a service relevant to that business. We record only that address, the page where it is published and the date. We never use personal or purchased email lists, and we do not send automatic follow-ups. If you reply asking us to stop, or use the unsubscribe option in that email, we add the address to a permanent do-not-contact list and never write again.

How we use it

We use it only to answer you and to provide the translation service you request. We do not sell or rent your information.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details.

Retention and deletion

We keep emails and project files only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. To have your information deleted, or to stop receiving any email from us, write to hello@emporsolutions.com and we will act on it promptly.
